Resilience Retreat Two: Nurture your relationships

 

Close relationships with family, friends and colleagues not only make for a fulfilling life but also have health benefits increasing our resilience and longevity. But sometimes we find our relationships seem to bring us sadness, distress and resentment, even with those people we love the most. Give yourself the gift of a whole day to deepen your connection with family, friends and yourself. Learn how to transform relationships (past and present) that are stopping you from feeling nurtured, connected and safe.

 

At the end of this workshop you will:

 

  • Have a plan to ‘Spring clean’ your most important relationships.
  • Revive, heal and deepen you romantic relationship or learn a positive way to find new love.
  • Learn the 5 secrets to improving your relationship with your spouse, child or parent.
  • Learn how to become your own best friend and develop self compassion.
  • Bring home a simple and nourishing mindfulness practice.
  • Learn how to support your heart, gut and hormones with simple superfood snacks.
  • Rediscover the joy of dancing wholeheartedly and joyfully with your own inner child.
  • Connect with like-minded women.

Resilience Retreat Three:  Rediscover your purpose

 

Many of us are so busy living our lives that we sometimes lose our way and forget what is really important to us. Whether it has just been months or decades since you thought about your purpose, your life goals and what makes your heart sing, join us for a whole day to get back in touch with yourself and the small voice inside you that knows what a successful life means to you and knows what you really want to be doing with your life, how you want to be living your best life.

At the end of this one day workshop you will:

 

  • Develop a clarity of purpose.
  • Learn the 5 secrets of truly successful life.
  • Design your life goals to support your flourishing.
  • Learn how to support your brain function with simple superfood snacks.
  • Bring home a simple and nourishing mindfulness practice.
  • Create your ‘power hour’ to motivate yourself and get things done.
  • Flourish and blossom choosing affirmations to deepen your resilience.
  • End the struggle and dance with life: Rediscover the joy of dancing.
  • Connect with like-minded women.
  • Have a plan to take 5 action steps towards your life goals in your next weeks and months.


 

Price:
The price for each workshop is £80 and the price for all three is £240.

Time:
Registration for all workshops will begin at 9.30 am for a 10.00 am start and we will close the day at 6 pm. Our lunch time will be a working lunch where you will enjoy your food in the beautiful surroundings of Shuttleworth House.

What to bring:
We advise wearing comfortable clothes and footwear as we will be doing some dancing and movement. If you have a Yogamat then please also bring this. Please also bring a floaty scarf and your favourite notebook.

There is no need to worry about cancellation because if Covid rules mean that we cannot meet in person, we will simply transfer our course to Zoom and run all elements online-except, of course, for eating lunch and eating the delicious snacks.
