An unbelievable, life changing trip! I came along to the White Owl Retreat (my first ever mindfulness/yoga retreat) on a whim, with the idea of trying something new in a city I’ve travelled to many many times. I have to say that my expectations were blown away, as the food, venue and rooms, hospitality, yoga and mindfulness exercises were outstanding!
